Flax Oil – is cold pressed to retain its naturally occurring omega-3 fatty acids. Flax oil is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid, helping promote healthy skin, hair, and nails.
Hemp Oil – contains all of the essential amino acids, Hemp oil delivers small amounts of vitamins and minerals, including cannabidiol, calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, folate and vitamins B-6 and E. Hemp oil also contains a 3-to-1 ratio of omega-3 fatty acids to omega-6 fatty acids.
Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) – are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oil. MCTs are more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats, as they require lower amounts of enzymes and bile acids for intestinal absorption. MCTs are metabolized very quickly in the liver and are reported to encourage energy expenditure, and not fat storage. Numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT Oil for other fats in a healthy diet may therefore help to support healthy weight and body composition. MCT Oil has naturally occurring fatty acids Caprylic Acid (C8:0) and Capric Acid (C10:0).
Walnut Oil – Good source of omega 3, especially the Alpha-linoleic (ALA) component. Alpha-linoleic : The human body can make most of the types of fats it needs from other fats or raw materials. That isn’t the case for omega-3 fatty acids. These are essential fats—the body can’t make them from scratch but must get them from food. Foods high in Omega-3 include fish, vegetable oils, nuts (especially walnuts). Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is one of the component of omega-3 fatty acid, with Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The human body generally uses ALA for energy. One of the best ways to help prevent and treat heart disease is to eat a diet that is low in saturated and trans fats, and rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, particularly omega-3 fatty acids.
Sweet Almond Oil – is High in monounsaturates and low in saturates, its Cholesterol, carb, transfat and sodium free. This Oil is extracted using an Expeller Press and is light yellow in color
Sunflower Lecithin – is natural, non-GMO and soy free. Lecithin is a type of phospholipid found in pure sunflower seeds and is a natural source of phosphatidyl choline, a natural constituent found in your brain and nervous system. In fact, your brain is approximately 30% lecithin.
Sunflower Lecithin also naturally abounds in Phosphatidyl Inositol, Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. Lecithin in the diet aids in emulsyfying fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water; and as a choline-containing phospholipid, its choline is easily absorbed and utilized by the body.
